Maître Yaël Sion is a lawyer, member of the Marseille Bar and founder of Cabinet Sion Avocat (2015). She is also a lecturer in corporate taxation. Her practice focuses on tax and customs law, tax audits and litigation, distressed companies, and real estate transactions (Real Estate Agent Lawyer diploma).

Defense: litigation and protection of your interests. When an amicable resolution is not possible—or not appropriate—the firm represents you before the competent courts. The approach is based on a strategy developed with you: clarifying the issues at stake, closely monitoring deadlines, selecting the most relevant arguments, and validating all pleadings (petitions or summons) prior to filing.

The firm is based in Marseille and works by appointment. Remote support can also be organised when appropriate (phone / video conference), with the same standards of follow-up and confidentiality.
